Summary: We are looking for a skilled UX Designer to join our team for Project Transact at AWS, focusing on web and mobile design with an emphasis on accessibility and user research. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create user-friendly experiences and ensuring compliance with accessibility standards. The position is hybrid, allowing for a mix of remote and on-site work. This is a contract role with an initial duration of three months, with the possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design intuitive and accessible user experiences for web and mobile platforms.
• Conduct user research to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices.
• Work closely with developers to implement and test designs.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and data-driven insights.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience as a UX Designer with a focus on web and mobile platforms.
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
• Proficient in UX tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
