Job Description

The CESA Futures Programme is a major 2yr+ programme of work within the overarching Tax Admin Modernisation Programme.

Currently completing the Discovery phase, CESA Futures will modernise the existing CESA application through the creation of new capabilities or the transfer of functionality to other existing systems across the HMRC estate.

Following agile principles, the Build phase will consist of multiple Scrum teams following a two-week sprint cycle.

The CESA Futures Programme is therefore looking for someone who can work as part of a User Experience (UX) team, under the general guidance of a lead UX Designer to produce the designs required in an agile manner.

Initial screen designs (often options) will need to be demonstrated by the UX Designer to the customer for direction, guidance, and agreement on a design to proceed into the build phase.
