Summary: The UX Designer role is a 6-month contract position focused on designing customer self-service and agent-facing portals within an agile environment. The designer will create wireframes, facilitate workshops, and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure user-centered solutions. Active participation in sprint ceremonies and user testing is essential to align designs with user needs and business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in usability testing and stakeholder engagement while managing complex deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create wireframes and design prototypes for customer self-service and agent-facing portals.
  • Facilitate design workshops and collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and developers.
  • Participate in sprint ceremonies and contribute to iterative design improvements.
  • Lead user testing, incorporate feedback, and document key decisions.
  • Secure stakeholder sign-off at critical stages of the design process.

We are looking for an additional UX Designer, who will be supporting the design of customer self-service and agent-facing portals within an agile environment. The role involves creating wireframes, facilitating design workshops, and collaborating closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and developers. You will actively participate in sprint ceremonies, contribute to iterative design improvements, and ensure all solutions are aligned with user needs and business objectives.
