What you'll be doing
- Conducting user research, interviews and task observation
- Assessing usability, user flows and information architecture
- Carrying out heuristic and WCAG 2.2 AA reviews
- Prioritising improvements based on impact and effort
- Working closely with product and engineering teams
What they're looking for
- Strong UX / usability research experience
- Experience with complex or enterprise software
- Strong understanding of information architecture and user flows
- Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA
- Experience planning and running user research
- AI product experience is advantageous
Contract
3 months initially
£400-£450 per day
3 days per week onsite in London
Outside IR35
