Summary: The role of Senior UX Designer involves joining the Global Sales Tools Engineering team on a 6-month contract to enhance enterprise-level products that support the client's global sales and marketing teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to craft intuitive, elegant, and scalable enterprise experiences aligned with the clients design language.
- Translate complex workflows into clear, seamless user journeys through user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Drive end-to-end design solutions—from discovery and ideation through to execution and delivery—for enterprise and B2B products.
- Facilitate design workshops, lead research initiatives, and bring data-driven insights to inform and validate design decisions.
- Advocate for user needs while balancing business and technical constraints, ensuring our tools deliver measurable value and exceptional usability.
- Provide design critique, feedback, and mentorship to foster a collaborative and innovative design culture within the team.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience designing for the web, with the ability to create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that translate business requirements into engaging user experiences.
- Demonstrated success delivering end-to-end design solutions for enterprise or B2B platforms, preferably within SaaS environments.
- Strong facilitation skills with experience leading workshops and conducting user research activities.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align diverse perspectives and build consensus.
