Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborative Ideation:Lead and facilitate whiteboard sessions to brainstorm ideas, ensuring all voices are heard and valued in the design process.
  • User-Centric Design:Utilize your strong understanding of UX principles to design intuitive, user-friendly mobile applications that meet user needs and enhance overall satisfaction.
  • Service Design:Leverage your service design experience to create seamless experiences across various customer touchpoints, ensuring our services are cohesive and effective.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketing, to gather insights and feedback, keeping stakeholders informed and involved throughout the design process.
  • Prototyping and Testing:Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows, conducting usability testing to refine designs based on real user feedback.
  • Continuous Improvement:Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, proactively seeking opportunities to enhance our design processes and user experiences.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your app-focused projects.
  • Proficiency in Figma and other design tools.
