We are seeking an experienced Lead UX Designer & AI Product Strategist to spearhead the modernization of complex enterprise financial and operational workflows. Operating at the intersection of enterprise service design, AI product strategy, and user experience architecture, you will lead the end-to-end transformation of high-volume financial cycles (contract execution, invoicing, cash application, and exception resolution).
In this senior advisory role, you will collaborate with cross-functional leadership-spanning Engineering, Data Science, and Operations-to design trustworthy, intelligent, and scalable workflows powered by autonomous AI agents.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Workflow Optimization: Analyze existing enterprise process lifecycles, identify operational bottlenecks, and design streamlined human-AI collaborative workflows.
- AI Product Strategy & Feature Scoping: Define user-centered AI opportunities, balance innovation with operational control, and scope progressive MVPs for autonomous workflows.
- Agentic Evaluation & Feedback Loops: Establish continuous monitoring mechanisms and evaluation
