Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and prototyping of end-to-end user journeys and responsive interfaces.
- Define and evolve a consistent design system to ensure visual and functional cohesion across the platform.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to validate concepts and improve design outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accessible, high-quality implementation.
- Document UX principles, maintain best practices, and champion user-centred design throughout the delivery process.
Key Skills:
- Strong background in UX/Product Design for complex web applications.
- Expertise with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, Axure, or Adobe XD.
- Hands-on experience designing responsive interfaces, ideally in collaboration with React development teams.
- Proven ability to translate requirements into clear, intuitive, and engaging user experiences.
- Confident operating independently, setting direction and managing UX processes from discovery to delivery.
- Good understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
