Overview:
A global aviation sector client is seeking a talented and experienced UX Design Specialist to join their dynamic team. This role will focus on enhancing user interfaces and experiences across a suite of products. You will play a pivotal role in the design and evolution of cutting-edge solutions in the aviation and airport technology industry.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and business goals.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gap analyses to inform design decisions.
• Create and document wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
• Facilitate design workshops to ideate and prototype new product features.
• Ensure designs align with industry standards and stakeholder expectations.
• Evaluate product requirements and contribute to testing and validation efforts.
• Conduct user acceptance testing and usability evaluations to ensure product readiness.
• Stay updated on design trends and apply them to enhance product innovation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• Proven experience as a UX/UI designer, preferably in the airline or travel industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions.
• Proficiency in design tools and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge or experience with flight or ramp operations software is advantageous.
