- Track material and labor costs, and maintain up-to-date pricing databases.
- Assist in value engineering and risk assessment.
Key Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in utility or civil estimating.
- Strong knowledge of utility systems and construction methods.
- Proficiency in Excel, InEight, and Hard Dollar estimating software.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
