Job Title: User Researcher - Digital Forms
Duration: 6 months contract
Location: Worthing with 2 days/week in office
Pay Rate: £358 per day through FCSA Umbrella
Job Description: This is a pivotal role that has a direct impact on how people engage with crucial digital services. As a User Researcher, you will design services that enable users to manage their interactions with Government departments through live digital platforms. These services will encompass a broad spectrum of topics and user needs, requiring a strong user-focused approach and expertise in user-centric design. You will work collaboratively with User Researchers, Interaction Designers, Content Designers, Service Designers and Performance Analysts as well as Software Developers and policy teams to produce outstanding digital services.
You will:
- Conduct research and engage with a diverse range of users to design intuitive experiences that address real challenges and meet their needs effectively.
- Create high-quality, compelling design concepts and artefacts such as personas, flows, service maps and wireframes.
- Design in an inclusive and accessible way.
- Work in a multi-disciplinary delivery team.
