Summary: The User Researcher role involves planning and executing user research to inform policy and service design within a leading global professional services company. This hybrid position requires on-site presence in Newcastle upon Tyne for three days a week and is offered as a 6-month contract. The successful candidate will engage in various phases of user research and contribute to user-centered design practices. Active SC clearance is a prerequisite for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and design comprehensive user research programs.
