We are seeking an experienced User Researcher for an initial 3-month contract, with a strong likelihood of extension. This position requires a flexible working pattern with one day in the office every fortnight, likely based in Manchester, while the majority of the time will be spent out in the field conducting user research.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, conducting, and analysing user research activities to inform service and product design.
