Summary: This role as a UX Researcher involves working with a leading global social media company on product projects, focusing on user-centered digital experiences. Key Responsibilities:
- Run end-to-end UX research from planning through to insights
- Design and deliver qualitative research, such as interviews and usability testing
- Analyse research findings and turn them into clear, practical recommendations
- Work closely with designers, product managers and engineers
- Support usability testing programmes with other researchers
- Present findings clearly to senior stakeholders
Key Skills:
- 3 or more years of experience in UX or user research within a tech or product environment
- Strong experience running qualitative research studies
- Excellent analysis skills with the ability to turn research into insights
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple research projects independently
- Degree in UX, HCI, Psychology, Social Sciences or similar
- Right to work in the UK
