Summary: This role as a UX Researcher involves working with a leading global social media company on product projects, focusing on user-centered digital experiences. Key Responsibilities:

  • Run end-to-end UX research from planning through to insights
  • Design and deliver qualitative research, such as interviews and usability testing
  • Analyse research findings and turn them into clear, practical recommendations
  • Work closely with designers, product managers and engineers
  • Support usability testing programmes with other researchers
  • Present findings clearly to senior stakeholders

Key Skills:

  • 3 or more years of experience in UX or user research within a tech or product environment
  • Strong experience running qualitative research studies
  • Excellent analysis skills with the ability to turn research into insights
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple research projects independently
  • Degree in UX, HCI, Psychology, Social Sciences or similar
  • Right to work in the UK

UX Researcher - London (9-month contract with strong chance of extension) This is an opportunity to work with a global social media giant on new and exciting product projects. You will join a fast-paced product team and play a key role in shaping user-focused digital experiences. This role suits someone who enjoys hands-on research, working closely with product, design and engineering teams, and turning user feedback into clear product insights. The role is hybrid, with three days a week in a central London office.

What you will do
