Key Responsibilities:
- User Research & Psychology: Evaluate user sentiment, focusing specifically on ease of use, perception of system value, utility, and task-based efficiency.
- Interface Strategy: Translate complex user needs into actionable features and functionality for both web and mobile environments.
- Architecture & Documentation: Develop comprehensive process flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to communicate high-level design strategies to stakeholders.
- Project Leadership: Work independently with limited supervision to manage design processes and solve difficult, complex UX problems.
- Mentorship: Act as a technical lead by coaching and reviewing the work of lower-level design professionals to ensure quality and consistency.
- Technical Toolset & Mastery: Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Visio, and Fireworks.
Key Skills:
- Advanced education and significant hands-on work experience in UX/UE.
- Expert use of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Advanced skills in Visio and Fireworks for mapping system architecture and user flows.
