Summary: A fast-growing SaaS business is seeking a Senior Enterprise Product Designer for a short-term contract focused on delivering impactful design solutions for enterprise customers. The role involves collaborating with senior leadership and engineering to create production-ready UX for complex workflows. The designer will be responsible for defining scalable UX patterns and ensuring intuitive user experiences across various user roles. This position offers flexibility with hybrid or remote working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning enterprise UX across complex, role-based workflows
  • Designing permission-aware journeys for admins, reviewers, managers, and end users
  • Creating calm, intuitive decision surfaces and dashboards under real cognitive load
  • Defining scalable UX patterns and components that support long-term growth
  • Designing critical product states including empty, error, and partial access scenarios
  • Working end to end from problem framing through to build-ready handover
  • Collaborating closely with engineers and leadership at sprint pace

Key Skills:

  • Strong experience designing complex SaaS or enterprise products
  • Proven work on multi-user, role-based, and permission-heavy systems
  • Excellent interaction design and information architecture skills
  • High ownership mindset with ability to move from ambiguity to clarity

A fast-growing SaaS business building enterprise-grade hiring technology is looking for a Senior Enterprise Product Designer to join on a short-term contract. This role is focused on delivering a high-impact design sprint to support enterprise customers, where clarity, trust and scalability matter as much as visual quality. You will work closely with senior leadership and engineering to turn rough inputs into production-ready UX across complex, multi-user workflows.

Role: Enterprise Product Designer

Rate: £500 per day

Contract: Outside IR35

Location: London based, hybrid or remote considered

Duration: Short-term design sprint contract
