Summary: A fast-growing SaaS business is seeking a Senior Enterprise Product Designer for a short-term contract focused on delivering impactful design solutions for enterprise customers. The role involves collaborating with senior leadership and engineering to create production-ready UX for complex workflows. The designer will be responsible for defining scalable UX patterns and ensuring intuitive user experiences across various user roles. This position offers flexibility with hybrid or remote working arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Owning enterprise UX across complex, role-based workflows
- Designing permission-aware journeys for admins, reviewers, managers, and end users
- Creating calm, intuitive decision surfaces and dashboards under real cognitive load
- Defining scalable UX patterns and components that support long-term growth
- Designing critical product states including empty, error, and partial access scenarios
- Working end to end from problem framing through to build-ready handover
- Collaborating closely with engineers and leadership at sprint pace
Key Skills:
- Strong experience designing complex SaaS or enterprise products
- Proven work on multi-user, role-based, and permission-heavy systems
- Excellent interaction design and information architecture skills
- High ownership mindset with ability to move from ambiguity to clarity
- Comfortable working directly with engineers in fast-moving environments
