Summary: The User Experience Designer role in London involves collaborating with a team to create innovative digital concepts for various platforms, including websites and email campaigns. Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with a team to create smart, groundbreaking interactive and digital concepts that meet client objectives.
  • Brainstorm, concept and collaborate on campaign ideas with creative leads, other designers, writers, and project managers.
  • Design concepts to a beautiful, highly polished level using responsive design principles.
  • Help define and enforce style guidelines for the projects you work on.
  • Provide design support on new business pitches, including the creation of prototypes and presentation decks.
  • Be hands-on with execution skills and the ability to handle multiple projects at one time.
  • Present creative work to clients and leadership at Factor.
  • Be very flexible and adaptable to feedback and changes to the work.
  • Work closely with project managers to ensure your project stays on schedule.
  • Communicate and respond to the team in a timely manner, including acknowledging feedback and requests from the team and the creative lead.

Key Skills:

  • Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to effectively articulate design concepts and intent to your team and your client.
  • A polished interactive design portfolio in English that contains stunning digital design for consumer-facing brands.
  • 6+ years of design experience, preferably at an interactive design agency, advertising agency, or in-house creative department.
  • Proficient with industry-standard design tools and practices (InDesign, After Effects, Figma are a must).
  • Experience leading a project from conception to execution, including building and delivering final assets.
  • High comfort level with creating presentation decks and presenting work to internal stakeholders.
  • Must be self-motivated to prioritize and manage workload and meet project deadlines.
  • Willingness to accept constructive creative feedback and come up with smart solutions.
  • Confidence without arrogance.
