Wollaston Motors is looking for a Used Car Sales Manager.Your roleAs a Used Car Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the profitability in the used vehicle department including stock sourcing and management, customer satisfaction and retention.You will hire and monitor the performance of the sales executives and hold weekly sales meetings and conduct sales mentoring and support.It s an exciting time to join Wollaston, following much detailed planning, we are redeveloping our Bedford Road premises over the coming 12 months and will be operating from temporary premises during the redevelopment. You will need to lead and support the team to ensure as little disruption to our services and performance until we are able to move back into our new facility. This will be the first UK retail centre to showcase BMW's new Retail. Next experience from the ground up.This is a full-time role which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.Your profileWe only want to hear from the very best currently in our industry.
