Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the installation and commissioning of Progressing Cavity Pump with Continuous Rod equipment, including surface and subsurface components.
  • Configure and program VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives) to optimize motor performance and pump efficiency.
  • Perform system optimization to ensure maximum production efficiency, reliability, and equipment longevity.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot system failures, both electrical and mechanical, with minimal supervision.
  • Interface with engineering and production teams to design optimal lift solutions based on well conditions.
  • Provide on-site technical support and training to clients and junior field personnel.
  • Maintain accurate documentation including service reports, optimization logs, and equipment settings.
  • Adhere to Weatherford's safety standards and ensure compliance with client HSE requirements.
