URGENT REQUIREMENT - 2 x ServiceNow Developer (CMDB)

Summary: Brillio is seeking two ServiceNow Developers with expertise in complex CMDB migrations and improvement initiatives to aid in a global ServiceNow implementation. The role requires strong interpersonal and development skills, particularly in the ServiceNow platform. Candidates must demonstrate a solid understanding of CMDB and the CSDM framework, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. A scripting test will be part of the application process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development of a global ServiceNow implementation.
• Engage with customers as a senior technical ServiceNow SME and conduct workshops.
• Provide creative solutions to business problems on the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts to ensure accurate story estimation for implementation.
• Work with internal resources and external SMEs to deliver approved ServiceNow outcomes.
• Develop technical solutions and perform component integration tests.
• Manage customer defects and backlog for development elements.
• Ensure code and update sets are managed according to ServiceNow best practices.

Key Skills:

• Strong background in developing and delivering on the ServiceNow platform.
• Proven experience with CMDB and extensive understanding of the CSDM framework.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to provide creative solutions based on customer requirements.
• Experience working in a mixed development team.
• Familiarity with ITIL or equivalent processes.
