Summary: This role is for an experienced MuleSoft Developer to join a fast-growing Energy, Data, and Technology company in Horley, Surrey, on a three-month contract with potential for extension. The position involves working on a new MuleSoft integration and implementation project, requiring collaboration with an external consultancy and the ability to work independently. Candidates should have experience in regulated environments, particularly in the energy sector, and possess strong communication skills. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement, requiring occasional office visits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement MuleSoft integration solutions from design to code.
- Collaborate with an external consultancy to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Provide regular updates to the development team and wider business.
- Work independently while being part of an experienced development team.
- Optimize APIs and associated business logic.
- Utilize best practices in DevOps, exception handling, and log management.
- Troubleshoot complex technical problems effectively.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in MuleSoft development and integration.
- Experience with MuleSoft Cloud Hub or RTF.
- Strong knowledge of MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and API.
- Understanding of API Development (RAML, OpenAPI).
- Familiarity with DevOps best practices.
- Analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency in programming languages, including C#.
- Experience in regulated environments, particularly in the energy sector.
