Key Responsibilities:
- Support and complete AutoCAD drawing updates based on red lines/mark-ups.
- Update approximately 60-75 drawings, including major and minor updates.
- Take provided drawing files and update them to the CAD standard.
- Publish CAD files to PDF and submit for approval.
- Revise and re-publish CAD files based on feedback.
- Participate in a kick-off/training meeting with Novo CAD Drawing SME if needed.
Key Skills:
- Strong background in plant design and AutoCAD technical documentation.
- Experience in transcribing red lines to existing drawing sets.
- Skilled in using AutoCAD to interpret and update master drawing documents.

Ability to support and complete AutoCAD drawing updates to existing SL3 project documents based on red lines/mark-ups the Novo team will share, needing memorialized in the master drawing set(s).
Approximately 60-75 drawing updates are needed to support the project, with an even mix of major drawing updates and minor drawing updates.
Individual identified to fulfil this needed should already possess a CAD license and ability to start work immediately. Will be required to take/use the existing drawing file and update to the CAD standard.
The scope of work includes but is not limited to::
o Taking NN provided drawing files (P&IDs with Lead Sheets, Architectural, and Electrical drawings) and updating the nameplate, and boarder from original template to NN template
o Publishing each CAD file to PDF and submitting to NN for approval
o Revising and re-publishing CAD files to PDF if there are any NN comments
Novo Nordisk will provide CAT resource identified the following to support / inform drawing update(s) deliverables:
o (1) Kick-Off/Training Meeting with Novo CAD Drawing SME (if needed)
o Scanned Redlines, Hand Drawing (PDF Form)
o Novo Nordisk Drawing Standards to match current BL site drawings
o AutoCAD Native File CRB Version
Individual should have experience in:
o Strong background in plant design including AutoCAD technical documentation, and construction
o Skilled in transcribing red lines to existing drawing sets, ensuring compliance and safety across to inform and support project execution activities
o Experienced in using AutoCAD to interpret and update existing master drawing documents (various vendor supplied drawings) that capture design accuracy and align to company standards
