Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain gameplay features, tools, and systems using Unreal Engine Blueprints.
- Assist in implementing more complex or performance-critical systems using C++, when required.
- Collaborate with designers, artists, and other programmers to translate ideas into functional in-game mechanics.
- Debug, optimize, and refine gameplay to ensure smooth performance across target platforms.
- Maintain clean, well-organized, and efficient code and Blueprint graphs.
- Contribute to problem-solving discussions and provide technical insights during development planning.
Key Skills:
- Strong proficiency with Unreal Engine Blueprints.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
- Familiarity with C++ in Unreal Engine (beginner to intermediate).
- Experience with gameplay systems, UI, input, or AI in UE is a plus.
- Ability to debug effectively and optimize for performance.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience with version control (Git, Perforce) is preferred.
