Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver support functions including systems monitoring, troubleshooting, and diagnostics.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure operational systems are delivered.
• Provide 2nd/3rd line technical support as required.
• Respond to users within set service level agreements (SLA's) and operating level agreements (OLA's).
• Participate in on-call duties after training.
