Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver support functions including systems monitoring, troubleshooting, and diagnostics.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to manage operational systems.
• Provide 2nd/3rd line technical support as required.
• Respond to users within set service level agreements (SLA's) and operating level agreements (OLA's).
• Ensure attention to detail and adherence to agreed build standards.

Key Skills:

• Detailed knowledge of UNIX/AIX, VMWare, and Linux.
• Experience with help desk systems and managing service requests/incidents/problems.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills.
• Good organisational and communication skills.
• Proactive approach and ability to work as a team player.
• Understanding of ITIL framework (nice to have).
• Knowledge of IBM storage and SAN configuration (nice to have).
