Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, operate, and control platform services in line with SLAs
- Provide first-line support and resolve incidents efficiently
- Diagnose faults and perform root cause analysis
- Generate reports and ensure proper incident follow-up
- Contribute to continuous improvement of operational processes
Key Skills:
- Strong IT skills (Linux/Unix, databases, networking fundamentals)
- Experience with monitoring tools and alert management
- Understanding of HLDs and data flows across platforms
- Exposure to broadcast platforms (DTH, IPTV, VOD)
- Excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Bachelor’s degree in Media or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Prior experience in TV/Film or broadcast production is a plus
