What You’ll Be Doing

As a University Recruiter, you’ll be the first point of contact for early-in-career candidates, guiding them through the recruitment journey and ensuring a seamless experience.

You’ll play a key role in identifying and engaging future leaders.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Posting job requisitions via an internal applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Reviewing applications and conducting supplemental sourcing
• Ensuring 100% accuracy in candidate data and workflow management
• Creating shortlists based on agreed criteria for interview/assessment
• Communicating with candidates and managing expectations
• Executing all tasks in line with service level agreements

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years of experience in early-career or campus recruitment
• Strong sourcing skills and a passion for talent discovery
• Meticulous attention to detail and data accuracy
