Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of UKG Pro Workforce Management solutions.
- Collaborate with other Product Owners to ensure integrated solutions across workstreams.
- Manage requirements, system documentation, testing, and process design.
- Ensure alignment with business needs and integration with other systems.
- Guide the resolution of complex technical challenges, offering expertise and support.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to ensure project success and alignment.

- Expertise in UKG Pro Workforce Management and system integration.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Experience in delivering technical solutions and managing complex projects.
- Ability to manage risks, issues, and scope within project frameworks.
Qualifications:
- Experience with UKG Pro Workforce Management or similar systems.
- Relevant certifications and/or training in workforce management systems or project delivery.
