Summary: The UKG Pro Analyst role is a contract position based in London, requiring expertise in the UKG Pro platform to enhance workforce and payroll systems. The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, drive system improvements, and implement solutions for operational efficiency. A strong understanding of various UKG Pro modules and experience with integration platforms is essential for success in this role. The position demands excellent communication skills and the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of the existing system and application landscape to inform future solution design.
- Collaborate with business and project stakeholders to assess payroll and HR system challenges and contribute to the creation of business cases.
- Partner with product teams (Product Managers and Product Owners) to analyze, prioritize, and deliver system changes aligned with strategic initiatives.
- Lead and support system testing, configuration, implementation, and upgrades across UKG Pro and related integrations.
- Ensure changes to Workforce Management (WFM) applications and interfaces are agreed upon, scheduled, and executed efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with third-party vendors and internal technology teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Evaluate both functional and technical design proposals to ensure alignment with business needs and seamless transition to business-as-usual support.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for delivered solutions, supporting knowledge transfer, training, and long-term system adoption.
Key Skills:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with UKG Pro (formerly UltiPro), including business requirements gathering, system design, testing, and implementation.
- In-depth knowledge of UKG Pro modules: Advanced Scheduling, Basic Scheduling, Timekeeping, Attendance, Attestation, Absence Analytics, Data Hub, and ESS.
- Experience with Dell Boomi integration platform and UKG clock configuration.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in product-driven environments.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to challenge assumptions and deliver forward-thinking, scalable solutions.
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement, change management, and vendor coordination.
- Consulting background is a plus.
