Summary: The Supply Chain Manager will oversee the complete supply chain process, ensuring efficient movement of goods from suppliers to consumers while collaborating closely with production teams. This role focuses on driving cost reductions, improving service levels, and maintaining product availability in a dynamic environment. The manager will also be responsible for supplier relationship management, logistics optimization, and data analysis to enhance supply chain performance. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire supply chain process, including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, distribution, and transportation.
  • Manage relationships with key suppliers, ensuring performance and quality standards are met.
  • Collaborate with third-party logistics providers to optimize warehousing and distribution processes.
  • Work closely with the demand planning team to forecast product needs and align inventory levels.
  • Regularly analyze and report on supply chain performance, identifying inefficiencies.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce costs across the supply chain.
  • Proactively identify supply chain risks and work to mitigate them.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication regarding inventory and product availability.

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in FMCG.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain functions, including procurement and logistics.
  • Experience in supplier relationship management and negotiation.
  • Proficient in supply chain software and data analysis tools (SAP, Excel, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement.
