Summary: The Agile Project Manager (APM) role involves planning, leading, and motivating Agile project teams to deliver high-quality projects that provide significant business value. The position requires managing multiple concurrent projects within the Whole credit risk portfolio, focusing on governance transitioning to SAFe Agile methodologies. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for success in this fast-paced environment. The role is based in London and operates on a hybrid working arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define project scope and schedule while ensuring timely delivery of value.
• Organize and lead project status and working meetings; prepare and distribute progress reports.
• Manage risks and issues; correct deviations from plans.
• Assist in team development and hold teams accountable for commitments.
• Remove roadblocks to team work and leverage resources to improve project capacity.
• Support the Product Owner in managing customer expectations and stakeholder communications.
• Implement an effective system of project governance.
• Define and manage a project management process; champion ongoing process improvement initiatives.
• Promote team empowerment and ensure meaningful contributions from all team members.
• Encourage a sustainable pace with high levels of quality for the team.

Key Skills:
