UiPath Solution Architect - Healthcare : Remote
Summary: The UiPath Solution Architect role focuses on leading enterprise automation architecture within healthcare provider environments. This principal-level position involves defining the technical vision, governance, and integration strategy for UiPath solutions, including Epic EHR and compliance frameworks. The architect will also shape the standards and long-range automation roadmap for the Center of Excellence (CoE). The role requires a blend of technical expertise and leadership in automation architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end automation architecture: infrastructure, integration, security, and AI/ML design.
- Define and govern reference architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and reusable component libraries.
- Architect Epic integration patterns: FHIR APIs, Interconnect, HL7 messaging, Clarity/Caboodle data.
- Ensure HIPAA/HITECH, HITRUST, and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance in automation solutions.
- Lead Automation Architecture Review Board and produce architecture decision records (ADRs).
- Design intelligent automation strategies using Document Understanding, AI Center, Process Mining, and GenAI.
- Mentor senior developers and serve as top technical escalation point.

Experience with Epic FHIR API integrations and Clarity/Caboodle EDW.
HITRUST/CISSP or equivalent healthcare security certification.
