Summary: The UI/UX Lead will be responsible for establishing the UX vision for a critical enterprise workbench, focusing on user-centered design through research and collaboration with various teams. This role requires strong design skills and experience in Agile environments, particularly with Figma. The position is a 2–3 year contract with the potential for conversion to a permanent role. Key Responsibilities:
- Own the UX vision and design system for a key enterprise workbench
- Lead user research, personas, journey mapping, and usability testing
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and intuitive UI solutions
- Partner closely with Product Owners, BAs, and Developers
- Maintain UX standards, interaction patterns, and governance artefacts
- Strong enterprise UX experience with hands-on Figma skills
- Work within Agile/Scrum, using ADO for UX delivery tracking
