Summary: The UI/UX Designer will lead the design of a front-end content management system for digital asset management, focusing on enhancing workflows and user experience. This role involves collaboration with product managers, developers, and creative teams to create an intuitive interface. The designer will be responsible for developing wireframes, prototypes, and conducting user testing to refine designs. The position is full-time for a duration of 2-3 months, based in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design a user-friendly front-end interface for managing CG assets, pre-order assets, and related workflows.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and design documentation to communicate ideas effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, production, and technical) to understand requirements and translate them into intuitive UI/UX solutions.
  • Create a content management interface that allows users to easily upload, track, and manage digital assets.
  • Conduct user testing and incorporate feedback to refine designs.
  • Ensure designs are scalable, consistent, and aligned with best practices in accessibility and responsive design.
  • Be the sole UI/UX designer delivering a full end to end service solution.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, ideally with systems related to digital asset management or content platforms.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing web-based UI/UX projects.
  • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
  • Solid understanding of front-end development principles and ability to collaborate effectively with developers.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a remote team.
  • Based in the UK with the right to work.
  • Understanding of workflows for asset production and distribution.

About the Role

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to lead the design of a front-end content management system (CMS) that will transform how we manage our CG and pre-order assets. This system will be central to streamlining workflows, coordinating with internal teams, and creating a content management interface that is both powerful and intuitive. You’ll work closely with product managers, developers, and creative teams to design a seamless user experience that balances functionality, usability, and visual appeal.
