Summary: The role of UI/Visual Designer focuses on enhancing visual design for web and mobile platforms within a banking context. Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the evolution and elevation of visual design across all platforms.
• Work closely with leads and other design disciplines in a collaborative team environment.
• Demonstrate visual and UI excellence across digital platforms.
• Integrate brand elements into digital environments.
• Apply some UX/Product thinking in design processes.
• Build components confidently in Figma.
• Collaborate with UX, content, researchers, and product teams.
• Utilize prototyping skills using tools like Figma and ProtoPie.

Key Skills:

• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual and UI excellence.
• Proficiency in Figma, including component building.
• Experience with design systems.

I am looking for Visual Designers to join my client's design team, with one role focused on web and the other on mobile. This is a delivery-focused role - ideal for designers with strong craft skills looking to make a tangible impact within a fast-paced digital product environment.

These roles sit within the growth phase of the client's design process, contributing to the evolution and elevation of visual design across all platforms. You'll be joining vibrant, collaborative teams, working closely with leads and other design disciplines.

Key Requirements:

• Portfolio demonstrating:
