What You'll Do
- Own and deliver end-to-end client testing for new clients and existing clients introducing new products.
- Plan and coordinate testing of new applications and processes, including creating test plans and scripts, supporting or executing test runs, and collaborating with Technology to resolve defects.
- Partner with Technology, Product, Operations, and other utility functions to achieve project objectives and timelines.
- Establish and maintain regular project reporting; escalate issues promptly and drive remedial actions to resolution.
- Ensure appropriate policy and procedural documentation is created, maintained, and adhered to.
- Analyse data and processes to identify improvements, risks, and testing requirements.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in UAT and software testing.
- Solid background in project management.
- Proficient in Jira.
- Hands-on experience working within Agile environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical and methodical when reviewing requirements and test documentation.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently, build strong relationships, and deliver under pressure to tight deadlines.
