Summary: The UAT Tester for Oracle Fusion Migration will be responsible for executing UAT test scripts to facilitate the migration from one payroll system to Oracle Fusion. This role involves ensuring compliance with payroll governance and conducting thorough testing and authorization of payroll-related software changes. The position requires collaboration with the PS Systems and Portfolio Development team to enhance the Oracle payroll system and manage payroll accounting processes. The role is based in Bradford with a hybrid working arrangement, requiring two days on-site each week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run UAT test scripts for the migration to Oracle Fusion.
- Ensure payroll governance and approvals are adhered to.
- Test and authorize payroll and reward-related software changes.
- Collaborate with the PS Systems and Portfolio Development team to enhance the Oracle payroll system.
- Manage the simulation and processing of the payroll accounting interface.
- Log defects and ensure all functionalities work correctly.

We are representing a fast-growing, technology led global business services provider.
They seek to run UAT test scripts to assist a migration from one payroll system to another (Oracle Fusion). Working to ensure that payroll governance and approvals are adhered to and testing and authorisation prior to implementation of all payroll & reward related software changes. In conjunction with the PS Systems and Portfolio Development team, further develop the Oracle payroll system.Manage the simulation and subsequent processing of the payroll accounting interface in accordance with statutory and company rules and within agreed performance levels.

- Support the delivery of projects to improve payroll system, processes and procedures
