Summary: The UAT Test Lead role at FDM involves leading user acceptance testing for a new Dynamics CRM solution and Kentico-based CMS within a hybrid work environment in London. This position requires a strong technical foundation and analytical mindset, with responsibilities spanning project implementation and operational support. Key Responsibilities:
- Support project management with administrative tasks, including analysis of time and materials
- Engage business users to gather and clarify system requirements
- Write and manage UAT (User Acceptance Testing) scripts; coordinate testing activities and track defect resolution
- Review project metrics and provide insight to delivery stakeholders
- Assist with data cleansing and planning for the migration to Kentico CMS
- Deliver post-launch training and support for internal teams and the client’s members
- Serve as the first line of triage for system queries, minor changes, and reporting requests
- Monitor and manage the support contract budget to ensure efficient resource use
- Maintain and improve existing system functionality with a proactive “gardening” approach
- Assess system build quality and consistency, identifying and escalating areas for improvement
Key Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a UAT role, ideally involving CRM/CMS platforms
- Analytical and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving abilities

Our client is seeking a talented UST Test Lead to join their project team that is currently delivering a new Dynamics CRM solution and Kentico based CMS. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong technical foundation and a curious, analytical mindset. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment and will thrive in a role that spans both project implementation and operational support. Initially, you will work closely with the project team to support the development and implementation phases of the CRM/CMS upgrade. Following the system’s launch, you will transition into a key operational role, acting as the main point of contact between the client and its external support partners.
