UAT Senior Test Analyst - Cheshire

Summary: The Senior Test Analyst role focuses on supporting user acceptance testing (UAT) and end-to-end testing phases for a critical short-term contract. The position requires collaboration with business users to ensure successful testing outcomes. The candidate will execute test scripts, manage defects, and provide progress updates using test management tools. This hybrid role requires on-site presence three days a week in Cheshire.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business users to support and execute UAT and end-to-end test cycles
• Execute pre-written test scripts and ensure all planned tests are completed
• Log, track, and manage defects through to resolution
• Provide regular progress updates, including defect reporting and test execution status
• Use Jira and Zephyr for test management, tracking, and reporting

Key Skills:

• Proven experience as a Senior Test Analyst with hands-on UAT and E2E testing
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with business stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail in test execution and defect documentation
• Familiarity with Jira and Zephyr (or similar test management tools)
• Able to work 3 days a week on-site in Cheshire (Tues/Wed/Thurs)
