Within this role, you will develop your stakeholder management, communication and analytical skills. Interpret and Analyse Management Information (MI) to identify trends, make connections and spot opportunities to improve profitability. Share knowledge, best practice and network with your colleagues across the business and the wider Resource Management Function. Engage with key stakeholders to deliver creative learning and professional education solutions and manage any issues. Provide a level of flexibility and agility in the staffing model to respond to timetable changes, new courses and constant moving nature of resourcing. Be aware of potential future learning and changes in professional education pathway changes. Liaise with HR, central learning and professional education teams to ensure accuracy of people data. Connect to your skills and professional experience You will have professional Resource Planning experience in a medium to large sized organisation. Computer literate, in particular an excellent working knowledge of Windows, Word and Excel. Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to plan and prioritise, multitask and manage a significant workload under pressure.
