Interim Turnaround Manager – Mental Health Supported Living Nottingham | £380 per day | 3 to 6 month contract
We are working on behalf of a respected national care provider to appoint an experienced Interim Turnaround Manager to stabilise and lead a portfolio of complex, mental health supported living services in Nottingham. This is a high-impact assignment for a confident, hands-on operator who can step into complex environments, drive standards quickly, and bring strong leadership to teams supporting individuals with forensic mental health needs.

About You
- Senior operational leadership experience in low-secure, medium-secure, forensic mental health services or offender healthcare.
- A proven track record of turning around underperforming services
- Strong knowledge of mental health pathways and multi-agency working
- Confidence managing challenging staff cultures and complex service-user environments
- Commercial acumen including budgets, rotas and workforce planning
- The ability to hit the ground running with minimal supervision
