TrueSight Engineer - Outside IR35 - Hyrbid - 3 month contract

Summary: The TrueSight Engineer/Consultant role involves supporting and maintaining BMC TrueSight Operations Management in a large-scale enterprise environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and support BMC TrueSight components and monitoring agents.
  • Monitor Windows, Linux, VMware, databases, applications, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), and network infrastructure.
  • Create and maintain monitoring policies, alerts, dashboards, and reports.
  • Manage event correlation, alert suppression, and incident escalation.
  • Automate monitoring tasks using PowerShell, Python, Shell Scripting, and REST APIs.
  • Troubleshoot platform, agent, connectivity, and performance issues.
  • Perform upgrades, patching, health checks, backups, and ongoing platform support.
  • Integrate TrueSight with tools such as ServiceNow, Splunk, VMware vCenter, Active Directory, and SCOM.

Key Skills:

  • Strong experience supporting BMC TrueSight Operations Management.
  • Knowledge of enterprise infrastructure monitoring and event management.
  • Experience with Windows, Linux, VMware, Azure, and AWS environments.
  • Scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, or Shell.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

TrueSight Engineer/Consultant

We are seeking an experienced TrueSight Engineer/Consultant to support and maintain BMC TrueSight Operations Management within a large-scale enterprise environment.
