Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of maritime system trials.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive trials plans, procedures, and risk assessments.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineering, operations, and stakeholders, to ensure smooth execution of trials.
- Capture, analyse, and report trial data to inform verification, validation, and system improvements.
- Identify and manage risks, issues, and deviations during trials, implementing corrective actions where required.
- Provide technical guidance and support throughout the trial lifecycle.
- Ensure all trials are conducted safely and comply with relevant regulations and standards.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Trials Manager or in a similar role within the maritime sector.
- Strong knowledge of maritime systems, MCM, sonar, or related technologies.
- Demonstrable experience in planning and executing complex system trials.
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
