Summary: The Treasury Application Support role involves providing high-level IT support for Treasury applications to ensure maximum service availability. The position requires mentoring team members and participating in strategic projects as a Subject Matter Expert. The role is contract-based until December 31, 2025, and is hybrid in nature.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level IT support for all Treasury applications.
  • Ensure maximum service availability of Treasury systems.
  • Guide and mentor team members on systems, processes, procedures, and behaviors.
  • Assist with the delivery of strategic projects.
  • Represent the Treasury Systems team as a Subject Matter Expert in project meetings.

Key Skills:

  • Advanced level experience of IT systems support.
  • Specific technical and functional knowledge of Swift and associated Payment systems.
  • Desirable technical knowledge of other Treasury IT systems.
  • Solid experience of ITIL incident, problem, and change management functions.
  • Demonstrable experience of mentoring junior team members or leadership.
  • Technical and functional knowledge of Bottomline GTX, Bottomline TES, Bottomline MMCF, SWIFT Alliance & Gateway, SWIFT Webaccess services, SWIFT portal, SWIFT O2M, Crest Kondor+, Bloomberg.
  • Unix knowledge and database development skills.
  • Incident management experience and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with call logging systems.
  • Experience dealing with business customers in an IT service delivery environment.

Salary (Rate): £322 daily

Rate: up to £322 p/d Umbrella inside IR35

Role purpose / summary

Provide high level of IT support for all Treasury applications to ensure maximum service availability. Give guidance and mentoring to team members on systems, process, procedures and behaviours. Working as part of a team or on an individual basis, assist with the delivery of strategic projects and represent the Treasury Systems team as a ‘Subject Matter Expert’ in project meetings

Key Skills/ requirements

Advanced level experience of IT systems support. Specific technical and functional knowledge of Swift and associated Payment systems. Some technical knowledge of any of the other systems above is desirable. Solid experience of ITIL incident, problem and change management functions. Demonstrable experience of mentoring junior team members or leadership. Technical and functional knowledge of the following Treasury IT systems: Bottomline GTX (GT Exchange) Bottomline TES (Treansformation and Enrichment Service) Bottomline MMCF SWIFT Alliance & Gateway SWIFT Webaccess services eg. RTGS/Enquiry Link SWIFT portal (swift.com) admin SWIFT O2M – Online operations manager, certificate admin Crest Kondor+ or equivalent Treasury Management System Bloomberg Unix knowledge Database development skills Incident management experience Problem solving skills Familiarity with call logging systems Experience of dealing with business customers in an IT service delivery environment All profiles will be reviewed against the required skills and experience.
