Summary: The Treasury Application Support role involves providing high-level IT support for Treasury applications to ensure optimal service availability. The position requires mentoring team members and participating in strategic projects as a Subject Matter Expert. The role is based in Manchester and operates on a hybrid working model. The contract is set to run until December 31, 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level IT support for all Treasury applications.
- Guide and mentor team members on systems, processes, procedures, and behaviors.
- Assist with the delivery of strategic projects.
- Represent the Treasury Systems team as a Subject Matter Expert in project meetings.
Key Skills:
- Advanced level experience of IT systems support.
- Specific technical and functional knowledge of Swift and associated Payment systems.
- Solid experience of ITIL incident, problem, and change management functions.
- Demonstrable experience of mentoring junior team members or leadership.
- Technical and functional knowledge of Treasury IT systems including Bottomline GTX, Bottomline TES, Bottomline MMCF, SWIFT Alliance & Gateway, and others.
- Unix knowledge and database development skills.
- Incident management experience and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with call logging systems and experience dealing with business customers in an IT service delivery environment.
Salary (Rate): £322 daily

Role purpose / summary

Working as part of a team or on an individual basis, assist with the delivery of strategic projects and represent the Treasury Systems team as a 'Subject Matter Expert' in project meetings
Key Skills/ requirements
- Advanced level experience of IT systems support.
- Specific technical and functional knowledge of Swift and associated Payment systems. Some technical knowledge of any of the other systems above is desirable.
- Solid experience of ITIL incident, problem and change management functions.
- Demonstrable experience of mentoring junior team members or leadership.

- SWIFT O2M - Online operations manager, certificate admin
- Crest
- Kondor+ or equivalent Treasury Management System
- Bloomberg
- Unix knowledge
- Database development skills
