Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the regional transport function and oversee driver operations.
- Allocate work, deliver instructions, and monitor driver progress.
- Handle grievance and disciplinary matters as needed.
- Ensure vehicle maintenance and driver checks are conducted properly.
- Strive for continuous improvement and increased profitability.
- Maintain accurate records and address queries and problems.
Key Skills:
- National CPC qualification.
- Proficiency in Word and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor with strong teamwork abilities.
- Full driving license.
- Knowledge of the waste or transport industry.
- Good numerical skills.
