Summary: The Transition Manager - M&A Integration role involves leading M&A integration activities for a legal client on a 12-month contract. We have an exciting opportunity now available with one of our sector-leading legal clients! They are currently looking for a skilled Transition Manager to join their team for an initial 12-month contract to lead M&A integration activities.
Job Responsibilities/Objectives
Support a set of ongoing M&A integration activities, including a live programme.
At a high level, we need someone who can:
- own transition delivery end-to-end (planning through to cutover and stabilisation)
- establish clear governance, ownership and risk tracking
- bring structure to handoffs across editorial, commercial and operational teams
The ideal candidate has:
- Led at least one end-to-end M&A or integration programme personally (not just PMO support)
- Demonstrated ability to create structure, governance and delivery plans in ambiguous environments
- Experience in publishing/media or other IP/rights-heavy businesses (contracts, royalties, content migration)

Need to be available in the evenings as there will be a US part of the role
