Summary: The Transition Manager is responsible for planning and coordinating resources to ensure effective service transitions into operation, particularly within MOD environments. This role involves developing transition strategies, managing stakeholder relationships, and mitigating risks associated with service mobilization. Candidates must hold Active SC Clearance and have relevant experience to be considered for the position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Undertake detailed analysis of customer requirements and develop a transition strategy and detailed mobilisation plan.
• Lead the development of the program service transition solution as part of the bid process.
• Contribute to the development of innovative and competitive mobilisation plans.
• Define governance frameworks required for successful service transition.
• Identify required resources to deliver the service mobilisation plan.
• Build effective relationships with key project stakeholders, including external training stakeholders.
• Work with internal stakeholders to plan and design the programme of activity for service mobilisation and transition.
• Proactively manage risks and issues that may jeopardise successful delivery, escalating when necessary.
• Prepare regular briefings for the project board/Leadership Team regarding progress and risks associated with mobilisation and transition.
• Support all other aspects of program solution development as required.
• Manage work in line with corporate governance policies, including Health and Safety.
