Summary: The Transition Manager is tasked with planning and coordinating resources to ensure effective service transitions into operation, particularly within MOD environments. This role involves developing transition strategies, managing stakeholder relationships, and mitigating risks associated with service mobilization. Candidates must possess active SC Clearance and relevant experience to be considered for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Undertake detailed analysis of the customer's requirements and develop a transition strategy and the supporting detailed mobilisation plan
• Lead the development of the program service transition solution as part of the bid process
• Contribute to the development of innovative and competitive mobilisation-plans
• Develop Value-for-Money means of meeting specified requirements
• Define the governance frameworks required to deliver successful transition of the service
• Identify the required resources to deliver the service mobilisation plan
• Build open and effective relationships with all key project stakeholders
• Proactively manage and work with stakeholders to mitigate risks & issues that may jeopardise successful delivery
• Support and advise all other work streams on the management of mobilisation activity
• Manage work in line with the Company's corporate governance policies, processes, procedures, including those related to Health and Safety
