Summary: This role as a Transition Analyst (ITIL) focuses on the Separation and Transformation within the business, specifically transitioning services to an offshore third-party provider. Key Responsibilities:

Hybrid: 1-2 days per month in either Newcastle or Glasgow (whichever is closest)

In short: This is a Separation and Transformation within the business. We'll be transitioning services to an offshore third party provider. Your role will be to work with the third party ensuring we can plan and co-ordinate a successful transition. This role will be documentation heavy as a pure analyst so not really fit for manager-level candidates.

Working with a third party provider, the Transition Analyst will ensure that we successfully transition the new services over to live support, adhering to compliance and standards following an ITIL based governance methodology.

Key skills/knowledge:

  • ITIL Foundation
  • Good planning skills

  • A general understanding of Service Transition
  • Strong communication skills and understanding best method of communication to deliver messages and engage stakeholders.
  • Proactive thinking, recognise the current workstack and identify ways to be prepared for future drops to enable the team to meet programme deadlines/targets
  • Knowledge of RAID logs, RACI
